Feladatok:
- Analyses and challenges actual HR processes, proposes new methods of execution and coordinates their review/implementation focusing on simplification and standardization on group level
- Ensures processes are backed up with appropriate IT support, focusing on the connections and synergies between IT systems and different HR and business processes
- Manages and coordinates the implementation of approved processes and proposals.
- Controls operation of HR administration
- Monitors international HR-IS and HR operation best practices, assesses HR systems.
- Arranges for collection of employee feedback on HR services, processes and systems.
- Prepares requirements specification in close collaboration with IT to procure the needed solutions.
- Coordinates, controls the different parallel IT related HR projects.
- Develops quality and process control systems, coordinates and manages the internal control and audit of various HR processes.
- On the base of approved proposals coordinates and manages the implementation of tasks related to changes.
- Supervises the management and maintenance.
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR and business processes and connections, HR IT systems and techniques especially SAP HR
- Comprehensive view on the issues, structured thinking, analytical skills
- Effective task organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Deep knowledge of SAP HR, Navision, and different strategic HR systems
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Database management and reporting systems
- Open to learn new IT systems, processes, functionality
