SAP GRC SPECIALIST
Our Client is looking for an SAP/GRC Application Specialist.
Feladatok:
- Monitoring and operate Remedy system
- Providing 2nd line Support for the Global Service Desk to super users of business solutions and services
- Implementation of Standard Changes according to Change Management process
- Service requests (Q&A, mass data changes, price uploads etc.)
- Communication with Super Users
- Participating in ensuring the right access is provided with access management
- Ensuring that the relevant business processes, and the overall SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance are supported
- Providing user provisioning and access management in accordance with company’s standards and rules
Elvárások:
- Professional training; preferably completed academic degree with focus on IT and or business administration.
- At least 2-3 years professional experience
- Ideally some working experience in a Shared Service Centre, knowledge of access management, user provisioning and role administration
- General knowledge of SAP solutions is valuable additional knowledge
- Self starter way of working
- Reliable, systematic and quality-oriented way of working
- High customer/service-orientation
- Good communication skills and analytical attitude
- High motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Ability and willingness to lead and work in teams
